Support, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service for the Stockd iOS app.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Stockd, an iOS application provided by Kynera Studios LLC (“Stockd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Stockd, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Stockd is a personal and household kitchen inventory application. It helps you track items in your pantry, see what’s about to expire, generate meal suggestions, build a grocery list, and (optionally) share a pantry with up to 5 household members.
We provide the service “as is” — see Section 9.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stockd. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Stockd uses Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google for authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your Apple ID or Google account.
You may delete your Stockd account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Account deletion removes your Stockd data from our systems on a cascade basis. Important: deleting your Stockd account does not cancel any active Apple subscriptions — see Section 4.

Stockd offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier (“Stockd Pro”):
Stockd Pro is sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple subscription covers one Apple ID. Each Stockd Pro feature is unlocked on the device(s) signed in with the same Apple ID. Stockd does not currently support Apple Family Sharing for subscriptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to Pro features until the period ends.
Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by Stockd. See Apple’s refund policy.
If we offer a free trial or introductory price, it converts to the regular subscription price at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. We do not currently offer free trials on initial release.
We may change subscription prices. If we increase the price of an active subscription, Apple will notify you and require your consent before the new price applies.
Deleting your Stockd account does not cancel your Apple subscription. You must cancel separately in your Apple ID Settings (see 4.2). If your subscription is still active when you delete your account and you later sign in to Stockd again with the same Apple ID, your subscription may not automatically re-link to your new Stockd account; contact info@kynerastudios.com for manual re-linking.
You retain ownership of the content you create in Stockd — your pantry items, grocery list, meal plans, household memberships, and any notes you add. By using the service, you grant Stockd a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and the household members you authorize.

Stockd uses third-party generative AI (Google Gemini for recipe text, Google Imagen for recipe images) to generate meal suggestions and images. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only.
Pantries shared with multiple household members are accessible to all current members. By inviting a member, you authorize them to view and modify the shared pantry data, grocery list, and meal plan entries. We do not mediate disputes between household members.
Membership in a shared pantry can be revoked by the pantry owner or by the member themselves.
Stockd, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Kynera Studios LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. The Terms grant you no license to use these marks or to copy the software.
Open-source components used by Stockd are governed by their respective licenses; see the in-app credits.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM SECURITY VULNERABILITIES; THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST; OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SAFE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KYNERA STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STOCKD IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Stockd at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for legitimate business reasons (including extended inactivity or discontinuation of the service). We will provide reasonable notice where practical.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by an email associated with your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of Stockd after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, you retain the rights granted to you by those laws regardless of this clause.
