Support and Privacy Policy for the Threadline iPhone app.

Threadline is designed as an offline-first quilt planning app. You can use its core features without creating an account, and your project information stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
Threadline stores quilt projects, measurements, fabric palettes, notes, and cutting progress locally on your iPhone. Kynera Studios does not receive this information through the app.
Removing the app may also remove locally stored Threadline data. Back up or export any information you want to keep before deleting the app.
If you choose to photograph or select a fabric image, Threadline uses that image to help create a color swatch. The image is processed on your device and is not uploaded to Kynera Studios.
Threadline requests camera or photo-library access only when you use a feature that needs it. You can change these permissions in iPhone Settings.
Threadline uses Apple’s share sheet when you deliberately export or share project information. The destination you select may have its own privacy practices.
Threadline Studio is available as an in-app purchase. Apple processes the transaction and manages purchase records through your Apple Account. Kynera Studios does not receive your full payment-card information.
Threadline does not include third-party advertising or third-party tracking analytics. Kynera Studios does not sell your personal information.
If you contact support, Kynera Studios receives the email address and information you include in your message. This information is used to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records.
Threadline is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
This policy may be updated as Threadline changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are made.
