Threadline is an offline-first quilt planning app for iPhone. Your projects are stored locally on your device, and no account is required.
Email support@kynerastudios.com with a description of the problem, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
If you previously purchased Threadline Studio using the same Apple Account:
Apple controls purchase history and restores. If the purchase cannot be found, confirm that the iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Quilt projects, fabric palettes, and cutting progress are stored on your iPhone. Deleting Threadline may delete that local data. Export or back up information you want to keep before removing the app.
